The Aspray Boat House will close for renovations at the end of this Gaspee Days season and is no longer accepting new applications for rental at this time.

We price it right for your budget - rentals are available for $175 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

No time to be fashionably late - rental windows are 7 hours long between 11 am and 8 pm

3 layouts

We let you focus on the fun stuff - we'll setup tables and chairs based on your choice of our 3 layouts

An additional, refundable cleaning deposit of $100 must be paid upfront. Event insurance, at an average cost of $100, must be obtained holding harmless the Gaspee Days Committee and the City of Warwick of any and all liabilities. The Aspray Boat House is not available for rent Monday through Thursday by the general public. Only registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations may rent the space during these hours upon request at a discounted rate of $75 per day.
